Okay, I just made the world's easiest Dark Chocolate Fudge recipe.

1 can sweetened condensed milk (NOT evaporated)
3 cups chocolate chips (1 1/2 bags)
pinch salt
1 1/2 tsp vanilla

Line a 8 or 9 inch square pan with foil.

Melt the first three ingredients together over low-medium heat in a heavy saucepan. Stir often because chocolate WILL burn if you're not careful. As soon as it all comes together, remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla.

Spread in the prepared pan and refridgerate 2 hours at least. Turn out onto a cutting board and cut into pieces. Makes about 2 lbs.

So tomorrow I'll have to chop it up and send a little off with Kevin to his work and bring the rest into FAC.

I mentioned offhand to one of my students that "a friend of mine put her fudge recipe on her homepage...." and her eyes lit up. I guess she had fudge when she was in England, loved it, and the concept of making fudge fills her with joy.

So your recipe is going international, if that's not a problem.... *smile*

Heh, that sounds really cool! Have her check out too, for more easy fudge recipes. This one happens to be my favorite (and I think the easiest).
