Xiomar

Xiomar is a member of the Gadgeteer guild, openly acknowledged as such.
His skills in the newly advancing realms of technology are available,
but always for a price and always at his discretion. Xiomar is a
half-elf, more comfortable it would seem in the hustle of human society
than the pastoral tranquility of elven culture. Despite the fair
appearance that his elven blood gives him, he is handsome after a
fashion. His clothing is comfortable and well tailored, though not of
noble origin. The same may be said of his weapons he carries with him,
meant more for actual use than the appearance value that is offered
by "prettier" blades. Little else is known about Xiomar. He seems to have no friends, but as well no enemies. He calls no place home except the room that he sleeps in at night. He is neither chintzy nor wasteful, his coin buying for him what he deems appropriate yet not worry about its acquisition all that much of the few simple possessions he carries with him. He is a collection of limited extremes and they all seem to balance to zero.
