(2) blueberries & heart to heart kashi

Lunch

(4) weight watchers creamy rigatoni with broccoli and chicken
(2) fat free chocolate ice cream

50 minute brisk 3 mile walk

Afternoon Snack

(2) nectarine & heart to heart kashi
(4) chocolate pecan pie luna bar

45 minutes step aerobics, then 15 minutes abs workout

Dinner

(4) ground buffalo taco meat with onions, tomatoes, garlic, and beans
(6) chips
(2) cheese

(26) total points for the day
