Admittedly this is not the most intersting thing to read, but it is a very interesting idea. You probably feel like you are accountable for your diet now. Makes it harder to cheat (I guess you could just not post it, but whatever). Best of luck to you.
Posted by: Clark on August 15, 2002 12:07 PM*laughs* Yes, I know the journals aren't very interesting, but hopefully the recipes and product reviews and those sorts of posts will end up being helpful to other people dieting or even just looking to eat healthy & good food (I'm a major food buff -- I enjoy making healthy but good stuff!). And yes, accountability is a big part of it -- trying to remember to track everything and realize that its on display.
