(3) egg beaters omelet w/ cheese
(3) sm amount home fries

Morning Snack

(2) candy (bad Deb!)

Lunch

(5) pasta & veal & veggies
(2) banana

2.5 mile moderate paced walk

Afternoon Snack

(3) rice crispy treat
(2) popcorn
(2) more candy (more bad deb!)

1/2 hour weights
1 hour step aerobics

Dinner

(5) chicken over salad
(4) leftover pancakes (i needed carbs desperately!)

(32) total points for the day
