Cassandra was born on Long Island to a well-to-do family (Heather & Brian Lyndon, parents, and Stephen Lyndon, younger brother). She was a popular girl in school, and fairly intelligent.

She excelled at gymnastics, until a fall during competition her sophomore year of high school took her off the team. She did not return to competitive sports.

Cassandra traveled in Europe before beginning college. She speaks French fluently, and German with an excellent accent. She now attends UCLA as a major in psychology with a minor in modern languages.
